How to Login GENXT-Citrix-GE Classic (Database View)
How to Login to GE NXT/Citrix/GE
- To login to GENXT go to the URL: https://genxt.fusionlabshosting.com/
- Use your login credentials after you reach the website.
- Once you login to GENXT, make sure the two link icons are appearing when you login. These links mean you’re connected to your CRM and Finance system.
After you login to GENXT, please check to see if you're actively linked
Go to "Control Panel" then select "Admin" and find the user and select the ellipsis icon next to the user's name and select "GENXT Link"
Then, select the link icon if they are not connected, see image below:
- After logged into GENXT, click on the “Open database view” and then you will be prompted to the Citrix login screen. See login image below:
- Please login using your Citrix credentials.
- Once you are logged into Citrix, you will see your Citrix dashboard.
(If you are NOT hosted by Fusion Labs then you will not receive a Citrix login)
- Click on the GE icon on the dashboard and enter your GE login information. On the Citrix dashboard, there is 3 icons: Internet Explorer, GE Hosted, and Report Builder.
- Once you enter the temporary password, please enter your own password under user>change password:
